Is each tour experience the same?
At MGMT we showcase the diversity and richness of New Orleans culture by visiting various historic venues throughout the year. Because of this, no tour experience is the same.
Is tipping included? If not, how much should I budget?
Tips are included in the tour price. Additional tipping is entirely at your discretion. Our partners and staff go the extra mile to ensure each experience is outstanding!
What is the average group size for your trips?
• Mambo Nights and Sip & Savor SecondLine (3 venues)tours average approximately 18 -22 people.
Do you offer private group tours?
We are available for private tours both large and small. MGMT has hosted private birthday celebrations, corporate parties, convention groups, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and bridal showers. Contact us directly so that we can curate your special private event.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Guests may cancel at any time. However, for a full refund, guests must cancel seven (7) days prior to experience.
How long are the tours?
Mambo Nights and Sip & Savor SecondLine tours last approximately (4) four hours allowing guests to partake in a unique one-of-a-kind New Orleans experience.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
If our website allows you to book, feel free to do so and join us. If not, give us a call at 504-215-8194, and see if there have been any cancellations.
What is the process of preparing MGMT’s charcuterie?
Handcrafted by expert cheesemongers & purevyours, MGMT's team specializes in acquiring the-freshest fruits vegetables & meats. Each detail is carefully put together to bring you and your guests an amazing taste & presentation!
Can I add more items to my order?
Yes you can add more items up to 72 hours to deliver time.
Can I make special a request on my charcuterie order?
